The tourism entrepreneurs and professionals from the region of West Kosovo learned about the most up to date trends in the tourism and hospitality sector. The training is a mix of lectures, discussion and practice. It was delivered by Mr. Slobodan Ivanovic, professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija, Croatia and Ms. Dragica Lukin, master chef, tourism entrepreneur and highly recognized professional (including own live national TV show about gastronomy and hospitality).

The goal of the training was to raise awareness and improve skills of the tourism entrepreneurs and professional in the region. They were challenged to with the most recent trends in gastronomy and hospitality and were asked to think and act into upgrading their business services. These changes did not meant diverting from tradition, but on the contrary, utilizing and emphasizing the tradition but in a new way which is in line with the latest developments in the tourism and hospitality sector. Ms. Lukin emphasized this and demonstrated it practically. The participants were amazed by her beautiful food decorations. She was strongly supported by Mr. Mitko Petrusevki, chef and his staff at the Hotel Dukagjini. We extend our sincere gratitude to all of them.
